PURPOSE: A linear guide base device for an industrial robot is provided to prevent inflow of a foreign material and external dust inside a base by arranging an upper cover on the base. CONSTITUTION: A base(100) includes a receiver and an opening unit. The receiver receives a linear guide(120). An upper cover(160) is arranged on the base. Both ends of the upper cover is bent to surround the opening unit of the base. The upper cover passes through the hollow of a carrier(140). The carrier is fixed on a linear block of the linear guide. The carrier moves by the movement of the linear guide. A seal(180) is arranged inside the opening unit of the base.
