The present invention relates to a high-precision measurement device using a laser to easily measure horizontality and parallelism of a roll with a minimum workforce without being restricted by a state of installation and location of a roll system. To achieve this purpose, the present invention comprises: a fixed jig including a laser receiving unit and a laser transmitting unit mounted on a reference roll, sensing a distance information and a sensor unit storing a laser signal; a moving jig mounted on a measurement roll spaced apart from the reference roll to convey the laser signal to the laser receiving unit by perpendicularly reflecting the laser signal; and a control part controlling the laser receiving unit and the laser transmitting unit, collecting data by receiving a distance value measured by the sensor unit to generate a corresponding relationship between an image information and the distance information, thereby determining the horizontality and parallelism of the measurement roll. |
