The present invention relates to an electric moving and injecting apparatus for a crucible which stably moves a crucible (71) filling materials (polysilicon, dopant and the like) by using an electric moving means, and accurately injects and seats the crucible into a main chamber of an ingot growing device by using a first boom which is precisely controlled. The apparatus comprises: an electric moving means (5) having a plurality of wheels; a loading plate (2) installed on one end of the electric moving means (5); elevating masts (19, 20) which are vertically installed on one end of the loading plate (2) and vertically move by means of an elevating means; an elevating plate (25) which is installed on the elevating masts (19, 20) and moves upward; a first boom (45) horizontally installed on the front surface unit of the elevating plate (25); a second boom (46) coupled to be retractable on one end of the first boom (45); a cylinder (51) which retracts the second boom (46); an arm (66) which is axially installed on one end of the second boom (46); a crucible ring (67) installed on one end part of an undersurface of the arm (66); and a rotating means which rotates the arm (66) towards a seat location of the crucible. |
