PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which advertisement expenditures are likely to increase more than expected by advertisers when displaying an advertisement in an advertisement frame of a Web page accessed by a communication terminal at a specific time.SOLUTION: An advertisement distribution device comprises: a distribution condition acquisition unit that acquires a distribution destination condition indicative of a condition of a communication terminal to which advertisements are distributed and a distribution period indicative of a period of time for which the advertisement is distributed; an extraction unit that extracts the communication terminal matching a distribution destination condition on the basis of at least one of attribute information associated with the communication terminal and position information indicative of a position of the communication terminal; and a reservation information creation unit that creates distribution reservation information associated with identification information on the communication terminal extracted by the extraction unit and the distribution period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 21
