PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circle cutting cutter capable of smoothly and satisfactorily cutting off or cutting out a plate to be cut by means of a cutter blade, capable of preventing damage of the surface of a plate to be cut and core deviation and capable of cutting off a true circle and cutting out the true circle from the plate to be cut.SOLUTION: A circle cutting cutter includes: a long-size frame 1; a support means 2 which is disposed on the frame 1 and supports the frame 1 freely swingably in the horizontal direction on a plate P to be cut; a blade stand 4 disposed on the frame 1; and a cutter blade 5 fastened to the blade stand 4 in a posture vertical to the frame 1. Therein, a distance between the support means 2 and the blade stand 4 can be variably adjusted, the frame 1 is swung in the horizontal direction on the plate P to be cut by the support means 2, the surface of the plate P to be cut is cut off into a circular shape with the cutter blade 5 or the plate P to be cut is cut out into a circular shape. Further, the blade stand 4 is provided with a contacting part 4d which is formed so as to be protruded to the swinging direction side from the lateral side of the frame 1, is caused to slide on the surface of the plate P to be cut when swinging the frame 1 and keeps a cutting angle α formed by an edge part 5b of the cutter blade 5 and the surface of the plate P to be cut constant.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
