<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resistor having a resistance not lower than 10 kΩ/square in which both temperature characteristics (TCR) and withstand voltage characteristics (STOL) are satisfied. <P>SOLUTION: The resistor paste contains at least a glass composition and a conductive material dispersed into an organic vehicle. The glass composition contains at least one of B<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>and SiO<SB>2</SB>and the compositional ratio is not constant in the glass composition. For example, when the composition of three or more glass compositions is analyzed, difference of total ratio of B<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>and SiO<SB>2</SB>is within a measurement error range, and the difference of maximum and minimum ratios of B<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>and SiO<SB>2</SB>is 1 mol% or above. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
