<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbo charger with a variable nozzle vane with easiness in installing a unison ring. <P>SOLUTION: A single flange roller mechanism 13 consists of a head pin 131 and single flange rollers 132, 133. The single flange roller 132 is assembled on a head pin 131 in such a manner that a flange 1321 thereof contacts a head 1311 of the head pin 131. The single flange roller 133 is installed on a head pin 131 in such a manner that a flange 1331 thereof contacts a plate 11. The single flange rollers 132, 133 can rotate around the head pin 131. The unison ring 9 is put between the flange 1321 of the single flange roller 132 and the flange 1331 of the single flange roller 133. The head pin 131 is pressed in the plate 11 to a predetermined press-in depth, and the plate 11 is fixed on the turbine housing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
