发明名称 CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR STEEL/CONCRETE COMPOSITE FLOOR SLAB BY USE OF PRECAST CONCRETE BOARD
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the influence of displacement by the introduction of prestress due to drying and shrinkage of concrete and tension of a PC tendon and reduce area of a cast in place part being a weak point in a structure as much as possible when constructing a steel/concrete composite floor slab constituted by integrating a concrete floor slab on a steel beam. SOLUTION: A recessed part 14 for burying stud being shallower than a central part in the direction of thickness of a precast concrete board 12 and being continuous in the direction of width is provided at a position where it corresponds onto the steel beam on a bottom face of the concrete floor slab constituted by a precast concrete board 12. The precast concrete board is constructed into a condition in which a nonslip stud 16 for preventing deviation provided protrudedly on an upper face of the steel beam 11 is inserted into the recessed part 14 for burying stud. The precast concrete boards are mutually integrated by introducing prestress into each precast concrete board 12 continuously, and then hardening filler 17 is filled into the recessed part 14 for burying stud.
