A power receiving and distributing panel is provided to maximize heat dissipation by forming heat discharging space between a roof and a housing. A power receiving and distributing panel includes a housing(10) and a roof(30). Opening and closing doors are formed in both sides of the housing. A plurality of heat dissipation holes(22) are formed in opening and closing doors. The roof is formed in the upper part of the housing. The wall and door of the housing are formed by using a sound absorbing double plate. The sound absorption double plate is composed of an external panel, an internal panel, and a sound absorbing material. The sound absorbing material is interposed between the external panel and the internal panel. A heat dissipation space(50) is formed between a lower frame of the roof and the upper plate of the housing.
