PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microbe annihilation device in a voltage type, the device having high annihilation effect on microbes and its open holes on electrodes being hardly blocked with scale.SOLUTION: An annihilation device for microbe is provided, the device including: a main body in which a liquid to be treated flows in from one end and flows out from the other end; counter electrodes disposed inside the main body in parallel with the flow of the liquid to be treated and having open holes facing each other; and a voltage source for connecting a positive electrode to one of the facing electrodes and connecting a negative electrode to the other electrode. When a rectified liquid to be treated is flown into, hypochlorite is dispersed throughout the whole device by agitation effect generated between the electrodes so that high annihilation effect can be obtained.
