PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device or the like capable of suppressing heat diffusion so that warm-up can be performed in a short time.SOLUTION: A fixing device 16 comprises: a heating roller 21 rotating around a rotational axis A and having openings 30a and 30b at an end in the rotational axis direction; a heater 24 having a filament 31 provided inside of the heating roller 21 to heat the heating roller 21 and a glass tube 32 supporting the filament 31 and extending outward from the heating roller 21 through the openings 30a and 30b; a reflecting member 41 provided inside of the heating roller 21 to reflect heat directing from the filament 31 to the openings 30a and 30b toward the inside; and a mounting member 40 provided to cover the openings 30a and 30b and into which the glass tube 32 is loosely inserted. |
