The present invention relates to a stacked body which comprises: a substrate; an organic surface modification layer arranged on the substrate; and a porous organic semiconductor layer arranged on the organic surface modification layer. Accordingly, provided are the stacked body having the porous organic semiconductor layer implementing a high degree of crystallization and a large crystal grain, and a chemical sensor with excellent efficiency having the same by controlling self-assembling of the organic semiconductor layer by introducing the organic surface modification layer with low surface energy and an organic interlayer with selectively low glass transition temperature on the substrate of the stacked body.
