Disclosed is a simple, efficient and low cost method for preparing an inactivated collagen material: appropriately chemically crosslinking natural collagen first, then performing an inactivation treatment on same. A safe and effective collagen material is obtained according to the method, as a medical collagen material for implantation, for cells surrounding the damaged parts entering therein to grow, promoting the healing of damaged tissues. The preparation method effectively inactivates the collagen material, and greatly reduces the risk of virus transmission, while retaining the mechanical properties of the collagen material after chemical crosslinking; retains the helical region structure and biological activity of the natural collagen, in favor of the adsorption, entrance and growth of the tissue, and the method is simple and effective. |
