Disclosed in the present invention are a polymer/potassium permanganate composite film and preparation method thereof: first implementing surface treatment of the potassium permanganate using a silane coupling agent, and then forming a film composite of 0.15-0.75g of modified potassium permanganate and 10-20g of TPU on a coating machine. The present composite film is used on food packaging material, and can absorb the ethylene gas formed in fruit, thereby extending the ripening time of fruit, achieving a preservative effect, and further improving the barrier function against oxygen; furthermore, the composite film can sterilise, and can thus be used in the pharmaceutical industry. The preparation method of the present invention is scientific and rational, the process is simple, operability is high, no environmental pollution is produced, and large-scale industrial production can be implemented. |
