PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting that mitigates deformation of a frame member while suppressing increase in cost and weight.SOLUTION: A lower frame member 32b of a fitting 10 has the following elements formed thereon: an opening groove 62 extending in a longer-side direction of the lower frame member 32b, the opening groove having a rail 26 inserted therein and coming in contact with a sash roller 70; and a pair of protruded pieces 71a, 71b protruding from opposing wall surfaces of a pair of wall parts 62a, 62b, which form side walls of the opening groove 62, in an opposite direction, at a location above a position where the rail 26 comes in contact with the sash roller 70, the protruded pieces extending in the longer-side direction of the lower frame member 32b for holding a thermally expansive member 65 on a top surface thereof. The pair of protruded pieces 71a, 71b has a gap D1 formed between their opposing tips, for having the rail 26 inserted therein. The gap D1 is formed to be smaller than a gap D2 between the opposing wall surfaces of the pair of wall parts 62a, 62b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
