FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: in atomiser containing hollow cylindrical casing, in top part of the casing external thread is made to connect to the union of the distribution pipeline for liquid supply, and in bottom part of the casing external thread is made for connection with the vortex flow divider, at that in casing there is internal cylindrical chamber used for liquid supply, and in the cylindrical chamber coaxially to it the first swirler is installed with clearance to the internal side surface of the chamber, it is made in form of sleeve with helical external thread with coarse pitch of trapezoidal profile, and secured by means of the internal thread on the rod, secured in its top part to the casing by means of the strainer. The vortex flow divider is secured to the casing by means of the cartridge with female thread, and made in form of the ring, to which the vortex flow divider is secured, it is secured to the casing by means of the cartridge 9 with female thread, and made in form of the ring to which the cone perforated surface is secured, it is connected by its top in bottom part with the vertical rod, on which the second swirler is installed, it is made in form of the cone with central hole and screw blades surrounding with clearance the rod and resting in bottom part against the stop located horizontally and perpendicular to the rod, at that the top of the cone surface of the second swirler is directed towards top of the cone surface of the divider.EFFECT: higher efficiency of fine liquid spraying.1 dwg |
