<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an error information display method for displaying error messages, including a long data type name having a complicate structure to be outputted by the compiler of programming language whose marking is strong having a user definable data type, such as C++ language in a format, for allowing a program developer to easily understand the meaning of the whole error message, and for allowing the program developer to easily understand the structure of the data type name included in the error message. SOLUTION: A GUI front end 100 inputs an error message 301 outputted by a compiler 101 and subjects the error message to context analysis by an error message context analyzing module 102, and outputs context tree data 302, and shapes and displays the contents of the context tree data 302 as a tree form in accordance with the structure of the context tree by an error information shaping and displaying module 103.</p> |
