<p>Diagnosising prostatic cancer (PCA) comprising: (a) determining presence or absence of at least three polypeptide markers (I), i.e. markers 1-44 or 52-78 (frequency markers); or (b) determining the amplitude of at least three polypeptide markers (II), i.e. markers 45-51 or 79-115 (amplitude markers). A table is provided showing, for all markers, the molecular weight and migration time in capillary electrophoresis (CE). The sample tested is urine or seminal fluid. An independent claim is also included for a method for differentiating between PCA and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) by determining presence, absence and/or amount of at least three of markers 52-78.</p> |
