The present invention relates to a composition for a medicinal herbal tea, a method for preparing a medicinal herbal tea extract composition by CO_2 extraction, and a method for preparing a carbonated beverage and a health beverage using the same, and more specifically, to a composition for a medicinal herbal tea which comprises a medicinal herbal extract and beverage material obtained by extracting and concentrating medicinal herbal raw materials including Trichosanthis Radix, Puerariae Radix, Rehmanniae Radix, Schizandrae Fructus, Glycyrrhizae Radix, Cocicis Semen, jujube, and Helianthus tuberosus using an N_2 or CO_2 carrier gas, a method for preparing a medicinal herbal tea extract composition by CO_2 extraction, and a method for preparing a carbonated beverage and a health beverage using the same. Accordingly, a composition for a medicinal herbal tea according to the present invention comprises 10 to 20 wt% of Trichosanthis Radix, 5 to 10 wt% of Puerariae Radix, 5 to 10 wt% of Rehmanniae Radix, 5 to 10 wt% of Schizandrae Fructus, 5 to 10 wt% of Glycyrrhizae Radix, 20 to 50 wt% of Cocicis Semen, and 5 to 10 wt% of jujube. Further, a method for preparing a medicinal herbal tea extract composition by supercritical fluid extraction comprises extracting and concentrating ground medicinal herbal materials comprising 10 to 20 wt% of Trichosanthis Radix, 5 to 10 wt% of Puerariae Radix, 5 to 10 wt% of Rehmanniae Radix, 5 to 10 wt% of Schizandrae Fructus, 5 to 10 wt% of Glycyrrhizae Radix, 20 to 50 wt% of Cocicis Semen, and 5 to 10 wt% of jujube by supercritical fluid extraction using a CO_2 or N_2 carrier gas to prepare the medicinal herbal tea extract composition.
