PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide at low cost a magnetic core and an inductor which are compact and capable of securing a high energy density and can be easily handled and mass-produced.SOLUTION: Magnetic powder magnetism comprises: four side legs 3 erected in four corners excluding an inside portion of an arc 2 forming a part of an inscribed circle of a square surface; and a columnar middle leg 4 erected in a central part of the inscribed circle with a concentric circle of a half diameter as a cross-sectional shape, and the middle leg 4 and the side legs 3 are connected by an X-shaped seat plate 5 of which the width is not wider than those of the side legs. It is preferable that a thickness of the seat plate 5 is 1/5 of an outer diameter of the middle leg or more and it is preferable that a coil to be mounted is a multiplex single-layer coil.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
