PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation circuit capable of suppressing deterioration in characteristics of the other circuit provided in a semiconductor integrated circuit, in a case where an oscillation signal having an oscillation frequency of several hundreds of megahertz is output.SOLUTION: An oscillation circuit comprises: a resonance circuit that consists of an internal capacitor provided in a semiconductor integrated circuit, and an external capacitor and an external inductor provided outside of the semiconductor integrated circuit; and an amplifier circuit whose input end and output end are connected with the resonance circuit. The resonance circuit has: a first closed circuit that consists of an internal capacitor, an external inductor, and wiring for connecting the internal capacitor and the external inductor; and a second closed circuit that consists of an external capacitor, an external inductor, and wiring for connecting the external capacitor and the external inductor, and that has a wiring resistance smaller than that of the first closed circuit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
