Switch assembly for car central component actuation

The car components or their groups are centrally controlled by an assembly with a switching panel (3) with a visible top side and several, adjacent switching sections, locating electric contacts (4). A switching element is slidable along the top side to each switching section so as to provide its actuation by contact engagement. Preferably the visible top side has adjacent pressure or touch switches and a switching element movable between two pole changing positions, which can be brought into electric contact with each pressure or touch switch. The panel top side and switching element underside are typically flat.
