PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper diaper incineration device capable of efficiently incinerating used paper diapers and achieving sufficient incineration amount without enlarging the device. SOLUTION: The used paper diapers accommodated in a hopper 11 of a feeding-out means 1 is crushed in the liquid by a cushing means 2, the obtained turbid solution B is dewatered by a dewatering means 4 to separate a crushed solid matter from the turbid solution B, and the crushed solid matter is charged into an incinerator 64 of an incinerating means 6 to be incinerated.
