The manufacturing method involves depositing a silicon rubber in a cavity formed at the bottom unit of a mold (10). A solid adhesive film is disposed on the silicon rubber. An upper unit is covered onto the bottom unit, while heating and pressing the mold to shape and bond the silicon rubber to the adhesive film. The mold is cooled to extract the silicon rubber product with a back surface having an adhesive layer.
