The anti-fall guard consists of a parallelepiped cage (10) located on the outside of a building wall opening, connected to a rectangular supporting frame (11) located on the inside of the building and projecting through the opening. The front and sides of the cage are formed by horizontal U-shaped bars (5) that are fixed or pivoted to the supporting frame at their rear ends and connected to vertical bars (6) at the front. Adjustable cantilever brackets (4) support the frame at the top of the wall opening.
