PROCESS OF SETTING UP COIL AND PERMANENT MAGNET IN THE GENERATOR

Methods for installing a coil and a permanent magnet in a generator are provided to increase generation efficiency by installing the permanent magnet at a drum positioned at a center of a rotor and installing the coil at a fixed pillar. A method for installing a coil(5) at a pillar in a generator includes the steps of: forming rectangular cross sections with an upper end portion(9) and a lower end portion(10) inside the pillar; inserting the coil into the upper end portion; moving the coil at the upper end portion to the lower end portion by cutting an upper end rail(11) positioned on a front surface of the lower end portion as much as a width of the coil; compressing the coil to the upper end rail and a lower end rail(12) by pushing the coil toward a drum through a piston(13) installed at the lower end portion; and moving the coil mounted on the upper and lower end rails aside to mount a subsequent coil.
