PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor that may suppress reduction in the image density after repeated use.SOLUTION: An electrophotographic photoreceptor includes on a cylindrical conductive substrate in the stated order: an undercoat layer containing a cured product of a resin and a blocked isocyanate, with a degree of curing represented by the formula below is 1.5 or less in both a region A and a region B defined below; and a photosensitive layer. The region A is a region between a position distant from one end of the conductive substrate toward a central part by 1/8 of the length of the conductive substrate and a position distant from the one end of the conductive substrate toward a central part by 1/5 of the length of the conductive substrate. The region B is a region between a position distant from the other end of the conductive substrate toward the central part by 1/8 of the length of the conductive substrate and a position distant from the other end of the conductive substrate toward the central part by 1/5 of the length of the conductive substrate. The degree of curing is defined by [the amount (g) of a blocking agent separated from the blocked isocyanate in the undercoat layer]/[the mass of the undercoat layer (g)]×100.
