PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion device which can reduce the number of components and further reduce inductance parasitic in a DC bus bar.SOLUTION: A power conversion device comprises a plurality of semiconductor modules 2, a smoothing capacitor 3, a pair of DC bus bars 4 and a plurality of cooling pipes 5. The semiconductor modules 2, the smoothing capacitor 3 and the cooling pipes 3 are layered to compose a laminate 10. By the plurality of semiconductor modules 2 adjacent to each other across the cooling pipe 5, a first semiconductor module group 21 and a second semiconductor module group 22 are formed. The first semiconductor module group 21 composes at least a first inverter circuit 11. The second semiconductor module group 22 composes at least a second inverter circuit 12. The smoothing capacitor 3 is arranged between the first semiconductor module group 21 and the second semiconductor module group 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
