PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration type actuator having uniform vibration attenuation characteristics while suppressing reduction in driving efficiency.SOLUTION: A vibration type drive device 100 includes: a vibrator 2, including a piezoelectric element 3; and a driven body 1A, brought into pressure contact with the vibrato 2. With a vibration excited by the piezoelectric element 3, the vibrato 2 and the driven body 1A are relatively moved. The driven body 1A includes an elastic body 52 and an annular metal member 51, having spring properties, mounted to the elastic body 52 by intermediate fitting. The metal member 51 is brought into pressure contact with the vibrator 2. From the pressure contact portion between the vibrator 2 and the driven body 1A toward the driven body 1A, a spring part 51s of the metal member 51, an adhesive layer 55 composed of resin adhesive formed between the elastic body 52 and the metal member 51, and a fitting part of the metal member 51 and the elastic body 52 are provided in this order.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
