PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel graft material that can achieve an effect as good as an autologous bone formulated graft material without the use of an autologous bone, and is adaptable to intractable synostosis deficiency.SOLUTION: Provided is a pseudo-arthrosis therapeutic preparation containing only (1) Ala-BMP-2 and (2) β-TCP madreporite (preferably, β-TCP madreporite containing micro-pores having a pore diameter of approximately 1 μm and macro-pores having a pore diameter of several hundred μm, as well as having a porosity of 60% or more) as an active ingredient. Preferably a pseudo-arthrosis therapeutic preparation is for mammals except humans, and in particular for pet animals, such as dogs and cats.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
