PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaged beverage having suppressed bitter material originated odor or discomfort flavor.SOLUTION: In a first embodiment, a packaged beverage is provided which contains following components (A) to (D); (A) one or two kind of bitter material selected from a citrus extract and a tea extract, (B) 0.3 to 2 mass% of hardly digestible dextrin, (C) carbon dioxide gas and (D) high sweetness sweetener and which has a pH of 3 to 4, and in which ethanol content is less than 1 mass% and the content of the component (C) is 1 to 2.7 by gas volume ratio in a gas volume ratio measurement method with conducting a snifting operation. In a second embodiment, a packaged beverage is provided which is identical to the packaged beverage in the first embodiment except that the component (D) is selected from sucralose acesulfame potassium, aspartame, stevia and thaumatin. In a third embodiment, a packaged beverage is provided which is identical to the packaged beverage in the first or the second embodiment except that the packaged beverage contains an acidulant as a component (E).SELECTED DRAWING: None |
