PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rush current protecting circuit, a motor, and a blowing device, capable of reducing rush current, and suppressing steady power consumption and heat output without complicating control.SOLUTION: A rush current protecting circuit which uses AC voltage of the AC power supply connected to a first input terminal T51 and a second input terminal T52 as an input comprises: a rectifying circuit 1 which rectifies the AC of the AC power supply and outputs the rectified AC between a first output terminal T15 and a second output terminal T16; a first smoothing capacitor 21 and a second smoothing capacitor 22 connected in series and for smoothing the output of the rectifying circuit 1; a resistor 31 which is a rush current suppressing element in which one end is connected to the first output terminal T15 and the other end is connected to the second smoothing capacitor 21; and a resistor 32 which is a rush current suppressing element in which one end is connected to the second output terminal T16 and the other end is connected to the second smoothing capacitor 22. A connection point T2 between the first smoothing capacitor 21 and the second smoothing capacitor 22 is connected to any of the first input terminal T51 and the second input terminal T52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
