PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic reciprocating tool having a simple structure, capable of reducing weight, and smoothly supplying and exhausting compressed air. SOLUTION: This pneumatic reciprocating tool has a first piston 20 slidable on a fixed shaft 18, a second piston 22, a first spring 26, a second spring 28, a compressed air supply passage 30 for supplying the compressed air between the first and second pistons, and an exhaust passage 34 for exhausting air when separating the first and second pistons by a predetermined interval by the compressed air. The compressed air supply passage has an axial directional part 36, a radial directional part 38 and a compressed air introducing passage 40. The compressed air introducing passage is communicated with the radial directional part 38, and supplies the compressed air between the first and second pistons, and stops supply of the compressed air by cutting off the communication with the radial directional part 38 by moving the first and second pistons in the longitudinal direction.
