PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device for a vehicle that is optically designed in an optimum manner corresponding to a tilt of a room mirror that is possible in a normal use state.SOLUTION: A substrate housing part 100 houses a circuit board that outputs an image signal of a displayed image. An optical unit 200 is rotatably connected with the substrate housing part 100, generates an image on the basis of an image signal output from the circuit substrate, and includes an optical part for projecting image display light of the generated image. A combiner 400 is mounted on the optical unit 200 and presents the image display light projected by the optical unit 200 as a virtual image. At this point, the optical part in the optical unit 200 is designed, by regarding, as a reference, the time that an angle formed by a reference surface of the optical unit 200 and a mirror surface 602 of a room mirror 600 becomes a predetermined reference angle when the substrate housing part 100 is mounted on the room mirror 600 using a mounting member. |
