PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a high quality stereoscopic image in a stereoscopic image forming method and system.SOLUTION: In a stereoscopic image forming method: a heat absorbing part absorbing thermal energy easier than a medium foaming and expanding according to the amount of absorbed heat is formed on the medium (step S1: a heat absorbing part forming step); a first image is formed in a first region satisfying a predetermined standard for a planned foaming and expanding height on a foaming and expanding surface of the medium (step S3: a first image forming step); the medium is foamed and expanded by radiating thermal energy to the heat absorbing part (step S4: a thermal energy radiation step); and a second image is formed in a second region not satisfying the predetermined standard on the foaming and expanding surface of the medium (step S6: a second image forming step).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
