PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate some disadvantages found in the prior art, in which when a covering copper pipe or the like for a refrigerant was applied in the air conditioner facility, the pipe was hang from the concrete structure with supporting fitting in the space between the ceiling and the concrete structure at the upper part of the ceiling to perform the work; it required a large number of supporting fittings for the piping work and it required a stepladder on a floor (a floor surface) for the work, not only took a longer period for the work but also an expensive cost for the work. SOLUTION: There are provided a refrigerant piping method and refrigerant piping structure in an air conditioner facility in which when the air conditioner facility is installed in a building having a ceiling 1, a concrete structure 2 at the upper part of the ceiling and a space 3 between the ceiling and the concrete structure, a refrigerant pipe 4 in the air conditioner facility is buried in the concrete structure 2.
