PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile which is capable of obtaining a novel design and visual effect and is more attractive as an interior or toy by using an electrophoretic display technique as a display technique imparting an on-and-off function to a rotation member of the mobile and by preparing a mobile parts with a sheet applying the electrophoretic display technique, in order to solve such a problem that liquid crystal requires glass, polarizing plate, retardation plate, sealing frame and electrode for TFT or the like and is restricted in weight and size for adoption to the mobile as well as organic EL, with respect to the display device such as liquid crystal and EL.
