PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation circuit having small temperature/voltage dependency, in which the through current is reduced.SOLUTION: An oscillation circuit oscillating by using charge and discharge of a capacitive element has a comparator circuit 1 outputting the results of comparison between the voltage at one end of the capacitive element 7 and a threshold voltage, and current consumption of a current source 2 is limited, a voltage limit circuit 3 driving the other end of the capacitive element with a constant voltage amplitude, without being affected by the power supply voltage and the temperature, depending on a voltage outputted from the comparator circuit, and constant current sources 4, 5 which feed a constant current, not affected by the power supply voltage and the temperature, to one end of the capacitive element depending on the voltage outputted from the comparator, or into which the constant current flows from one end of the capacitive element. |
