PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for sunshine evaluation by CG images which allows a customer, etc., who plans to purchase a house to easily and accurately confirm sunshine conditions of the house. SOLUTION: By this method for evaluating the sunshine to a house by CG images of the building and shade generated by using a CG image generating device 5, a season, a time band, and an area 24 where a building is expected to be built are specified through an input device 21 and position data 25 on the sun are generated according to the specified season, time band, and construction expected area 24 of the building, and image data 32 on the shade are generated on the basis of irradiated body data 31 and the position data 25 on the sun and the building, sunshine obstacles, and shade are displayed on the same screen as a CG image 33 which is a still picture according to the irradiated body data 31 and image data 32 on the shade.
