PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide adjustment device capable of steplessly adjusting the angle of outer members, such as slats, of a movable louver window. SOLUTION: The slide adjustment device has a movable member 12, an operation member 15, lock members 13, 23, and an elastic member 14. The movable member 12 has a shaft member 10 penetrating through the movable member 12, has an outer member 1 connected to movable member 12 and to which an external force is applicable, and is movable in the direction of the axis of the shaft member 10. The operation member 15 can be operated and moved in the direction of axis of the shaft member 10, and when operated and moved, the operation member 15 comes into contact with the movable member 12 to move it. The lock members 13, 23 have lock holes 23a for allowing the shaft member 10 to penetrate through them, allow the operation member 15 and the movable member 12 to be in contact with them, engage with the shaft member, while tilting relative to the shaft member, when the movable member 12 is in contact with the lock members 13, 23, and lock movement of the movable member. The elastic member 14 urges the lock members 13, 23 so that they are in contact with the movable member 12 with the lock members 13, 23 tilting relative to the shaft member 10.
