PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber bearing body mounting method in which mounting error is absorbed easily and with high reliability, without causing warping etc. of a mounting plate. SOLUTION: According to the rubber bearing body mounting method, a plurality of correction holes 8 each having a length that can absorb the mounting error in a bridge axial direction, are bored in a lower mounting plate 3, and permanently fixing key blocks 14 that match with the respective correction holes 8 and can be fitted into the same, are separately prepared, followed by sliding the lower mounting plate 3 by a posterior deflection amount in a post sliding method. Thereafter, when the lower mounting plate 3 is mounted, the permanently fixing key blocks 14 each having a drill hole 16 formed at a location corresponding to a permanently fixing screw hole 18 formed in a base plate 5, are fitted in the respective correction holes 8, and permanently fixing bolts 17 are penetrated in the respective drill holes 16 to be screwed and fixed into the permanently fixing screw holes 18.
