DRUM-TYPE WASHING MACHINE

A drum washing machine is provided to prevent bad smell from being generated by removing moisture in a gasket by maintaining an opened door through a door open holding unit although the power source of a washing machine is turned off. A drum washing machine(1) comprises: a cabinet(10) in which an input hole(11) for laundry is formed; a door(40) which is formed in the cabinet and opens and closes the input hole of the cabinet; a tub installed inside the cabinet; a drum which is installed in order to be rotated in the tub inner side; a gasket(60) which is installed between the input hole of the cabinet and the tub and seals between the door and the tub; and a door open holding unit which is formed around the input hole contacted with the door and maintains the open state of the door in case the power source is turned off. The door open holding unit comprises: a holder frame installed around the input hole of the cabinet; and a magnet mounted on the holder frame.
