<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for synthesizing an acrolein from a glycerol under a condition of no catalyst or a minute amount of catalyst in a short time in a high yield in high selectivity efficiently while reducing an amount of waste, a synthesis reaction composition of the acrolein and an apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing an acrolein includes using a subcritical or supercritical fluid as a reaction solvent at≤350°C under a pressure of≤22 MPa, feeding a substrate and the reaction solvent to a circulation type high-temperature and high-pressure apparatus under a condition of no catalyst or a minute amount of catalyst and synthesizing an acrolein in a high yield in high selectivity efficiently at a high rate continuously while reducing an amount of waste. The reaction composition not containing the organic solvent is obtained. The apparatus therefor is provided. Consequently, the method for producing an acrolein, which can replace the existing production process, is provided as a new mass production process of an acrolein useful as a polymer raw material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
