PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation structure of a building that offers a sufficient termite prevention effect while reducing costs.SOLUTION: A foundation structure K for a building includes: a frame-like outer peripheral foundation 1 supporting a building T; slab concrete 5 laid on a ground E of an underfloor part U of the building T, the underfloor part being surrounded by the outer peripheral foundation 1 and the slab concrete having a peripheral edge part coming in contact with an inner side surface 1a of the outer peripheral foundation 1; a moistureproof sheet 7 not containing termite-proof chemical, to be laid between the slab concrete 5 and the ground E; and termite-proof paste 9 laid at an intersection C between the inner side surface 1a of the outer peripheral foundation 1 and a top surface 5a of the peripheral edge part of the slab concrete 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
