PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel sheet for hot pressing, in which the formation of scales or ZnO is satisfactorily suppressed during hot pressing, and which has excellent oxidation resistance as a result, and also does not undergo liquid metal embrittlement cracking caused by elements contained in a plating layer and therefore has excellent liquid metal brittleness resistance.SOLUTION: The steel sheet for hot pressing has a plating layer, on the surface of the steel sheet, which has a melting point of 800°C or higher and is adhered in an amount of 10-90 g/mper one surface (other than a plating layer having a Zn-containing oxide layer on the surface of the plating layer). |
