<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal processed cable and its manufacturing method capable of setting a pitch in high accuracy without the need of any special pitch fixing member, excellent in a function of protecting a center conductor at the tip, and capable of reducing cost with strength against aging maintained. <P>SOLUTION: In the terminal processed cable (F) made by cutting at least one end of a coaxial cable body made by aligning a plurality of coaxial cables (1), exposing shielding layers (3) by removing an outer coating (9) in the vicinity of the cut end, and further, cutting off the shielding layers (3) to expose dielectric layers (4), and pinching and coating the shielded layers (3) with metal grounding bars (5) and being soldered and fixed astride the shielded layers (3) and the dielectric layers of a given pitch, each dielectric layer (4) further toward a tip side from the metal grounding bars are slid in a direction of exfoliation over a given length to expose the center electrode (8), and the slid dielectric layer pieces (4a) are heated and fusion bonded with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
