FERRITE COMPOSITION AND ELECTRONIC COMPONENT

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferrite composition that is excellent in characteristics (inductance) in DC superimposition characteristics of a high frequency band at a closed magnetic circuit.

SOLUTION: The ferrite composition comprises iron oxide, zinc oxide and nickel oxide as main components having the following content of each oxide in 100 mol% of the main components:iron content;38.5-48.5 mol% calculated in terms of Fe2O3:zinc oxide;32.0-43.0 mol% calculated in terms of ZnO:nickel oxide;11.5-21.5 mol% calculated in terms of NiO.
