<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional food having purple sweet potato as the raw material, and processed in a form excellent in health promoting action. <P>SOLUTION: This antiaging functional food derived from purple sweet potato contains liquid or solid lees of purple sweet potato distilled spirit.
