A product trading system changing price of a product according to the amount of investment money in the product, a product trading server in the system and a control method thereof are provided to enable a purchaser to buy a product to which a larger amount of investment money is allocated at cheaper price. A purchaser terminal(100) transmits a product purchase request signal for purchasing a product through online. An investor terminal(300) transmits the investment request signal of an investor who determines investment value of the product which is sold online. A product trading server(200) transmits each information of a list and a product. If the product trading server receives an investment request signal with regard to a specific product, price of the specific product is discounted according to the total investment amount. If the specific product is sold through the purchaser terminal, a part of the sales is processed as investment profits for investors who invest in the specific product. |
