A communication device, a communication system, a control method and a storage medium are provided to suppress crosstalk of the communication device installed in a remote terminal. The first communication device(401) is installed at a remote terminal(400) existing between a center office(100) and a member house(200). The first communication device controls transmission power of xDSL used in the communication line(500) based on a frequency characteristic of attenuation of a center office line(600) between the center office and the remote terminal. A signal is transmitted to a subscription line by using the calculated transmission output value within a range of use bands. A signal is transmitted to the subscription line by using the transmission output value out of the range of use bands. |
